Apply via the Lodgeit Program Portal. Once approved, you’ll get a unique Referral Link and access to tracking, statements and payouts. The Portal is the system of record.

Attribution is last-click within 180 days. The new user must sign up and create their Organisation on the same device and browser as the last eligible click. Private/incognito modes or cleared cookies can break tracking.

A New User (not an existing or previous Lodgeit user/Organisation) who, within 180 days of the last eligible click on your link, creates a new Organisation. If that same credited New User creates multiple Organisations within 180 days, each Organisation has its own 12-month earning window.

You earn 30% of Commissionable Revenue for each Qualified Conversion during the earning window. Commissionable Revenue includes subscriptions (monthly/annual), add-ons and usage-based purchases (e.g., lodgement credits, reports, e-signature credits). It excludes GST, payment processing fees, discounts/coupons, chargebacks/refunds, and one-off/professional services.

Example: If a customer pays AUD $110 incl. GST, Commissionable Revenue is $100 (ex-GST) → your commission is $30 (30% of $100).

For 12 months starting from the date the new Organisation is created (the “Earning Period”). All eligible purchases by Organisations created by that credited New User (within the 180-day lookback) count during each Organisation’s Earning Period.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid NET-30 after month-end. The minimum payout is AUD $30 (unpaid balances roll forward). Payments are in AUD via Australian bank transfer or PayPal. Any transfer/processing fees (approx. 0%–2%) are borne by you.

• Email: Only send to double opt-in recipients and comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). No list rental.
• Paid search/PPC: Don’t bid on “Lodgeit” (or misspellings), don’t direct-link or use Lodgeit in display URLs, and don’t mislead via competitor brand terms.
• Incentives/coupons/cashback: Not allowed without prior written approval.
• Sub-affiliate networks: Not allowed (you may use your employees/contractors and are responsible for them).
• Content standards: No abusive/offensive/illegal content, malware, adult content, gambling, or deceptive schemes. Don’t impersonate Lodgeit or use typosquatting/doorway pages.
• Claims: Keep content accurate; don’t imply ATO/government endorsement. Follow brand guidelines and takedown requests within 48 hours.

Refunds within 3 months and chargebacks void the related commission and may be clawed back or offset against future commissions. Lodgeit may withhold/forfeit commissions for suspected/confirmed fraud or breaches and make post-payout adjustments for up to 90 days after payout. In case of disputes, Program Portal data controls.

You’re responsible for your taxes (including GST). If you’re GST-registered and provide a valid tax invoice, your commission is treated as GST-inclusive, and you remit any GST component. Lodgeit may withhold amounts where legally required (e.g., no-ABN withholding).

Yes. Terms and/or Program Policies may be updated; material adverse changes will typically have 7 days’ notice. Either party may terminate on 7 days’ notice (or immediately for cause). On termination, you must stop using brand assets and Referral Links; accrued commissions remain payable subject to the Terms.
