Do I need payment details to trial Lodgeit?

No. You can trial Lodgeit without entering payment details and you will only be charged on your first lodgment to the ATO.

Do unused package credits expire?

On Demand credits never expire. Lodgments included in an annual plan, and any extras or packages bought on it, expire at the end of the subscription year.

What happens if I run out of lodgments?

Buy extra lodgments at your plan's extra lodgment rate, or upgrade to a larger plan. You can do either at any point in your subscription year.

Are prices GST inclusive?

Yes. All Lodgeit prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

When does the $60 subsequent lodgment price apply?

On the On Demand plan, the first complex lodgment in a purchase costs $120 and each subsequent return in the same purchase costs $60. A return bought on its own costs $120.

Which forms count as complex and standard lodgments?

Complex lodgments: company, trust, AMIT, partnership and SMSF tax returns, and fringe benefits tax (FBT) returns. Standard lodgments: individual tax returns, activity statements (BAS and IAS), PAYG payment summary statements, non-lodgment advice, taxable payments annual reports (TPAR), family trust and interposed entity elections, and closely held trusts annual withholding reports.

How do I activate Lodgeit through QuickBooks ProAdvisor?

Your firm needs to be a member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor program. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to ProAdvisor > Benefits and select Activate in the QuickBooks Tax row. Then sign in to Lodgeit, or create an account, to connect the two.

Your Lodgeit plan matches your ProAdvisor tier and changes automatically when your tier does. Silver is a one-off 12-month trial and doesn't renew. Our activation guide walks through each step.
